What you need to know in 2 minutes

GiGzy is the platform that helps you book live music, DJs, entertainers and production services for your venue or event, with centralised payments, organised invoicing and support when things don’t go as planned.

1. What you can do with GiGzy

  • Search for artists & entertainment
    Filter by type of act, location, style, budget and date.

  • Create booking requests
    Describe your event (date, time, budget, mood, type of audience) and receive suitable proposals.

  • Get support from the GiGzy team
    If you’re not sure what to book, our consultative service (GiGzy Match) can help you choose the right options.

2. Bookings & confirmation

  • Every proposal includes date, time, fee, conditions and cancellation policy.

  • A booking is only confirmed once you approve it inside the platform.

  • All agreed information is stored in your GiGzy client dashboard.

3. Payments & invoicing

  • All payments are made through GiGzy, under clear rules defined in our Terms & Conditions.

  • Payments made outside the platform are not covered by our cancellation or dispute policies.

  • Invoices are issued in an organised way, so you always have a clear history of your bookings and costs.

4. Cancellations & changes

  • Each booking has a cancellation policy visible before you confirm.

  • Cancellations or changes should be done via the platform or confirmed in writing.

  • In case of dispute, payments may be temporarily held while the situation is reviewed.

5. Communication with artists & providers

  • Always use the GiGzy chat to align details such as:
    venue address, timings, contacts on the day, technical conditions, access, parking, etc.

  • This reduces misunderstandings and keeps everything documented in one place.

6. What remains your responsibility

  • Ensuring the venue has the minimum technical conditions required or hiring appropriate production.

  • Making sure any licenses and legal permits needed for your event are in place.

  • Respecting timings, noise limits and conditions agreed with artists and providers.

A final costumer is a private client or company that hires our services for personal use or private events and cannot have artists withholding tax. Clients with organized accounting are companies or professionals who hire our services for commercial purposes and may accept artists who pay withholding tax.
