GiGzy Artists
Get booked. Spend less time chasing messages.
Get booked and connect with restaurants, bars, hotels, weddings and events in Portugal.
Booking flow built around how live entertainment actually works
GiGzy is not “just another profile”. It’s an operating system for your gigs: onboarding, visibility, booking flow, payments and communication in one place.
🔎Create your gig profile
Add your bio, photos, links to music or videos, social media and highlight the formats you work in (solo, duo, band, DJ, kids show, MC, magic, production services, etc.).
📥Receive direct bookings or requests
Venues and clients can either contact you directly from your profile or open a request (with date, time, budget and style). You see the details, respond, negotiate and confirm inside the platform.
📊 Confirm, deliver, get paid
Once a gig is confirmed, all the info is stored on your dashboard. After the event, payment is released according to the platform rules, and invoicing is handled through the integrated system.

Bookings, Payments & Commission
You don’t pay a monthly fee to be on GiGzy. We only earn when you get a confirmed booking through the platform.
Commission per confirmed booking
For each gig booked and paid through GiGzy, a platform commission is applied, at 15% of the service value.
This helps cover operations, support, curation, technology and payment processing.
Full transparency before you accept
For every booking you always see:
(1) the total amount paid by the client,
(2) the GiGzy commission applied,
(3) the estimated net amount you will receive.
Centralised & protected payments
Clients pay through GiGzy’s payment system, under clear rules defined in our Terms & Conditions. Bookings and amounts are recorded so there are no surprises later.
Secure payments, transparent platform fee and a clear view of your work
GiGzy’s payment and invoicing flow is built to be reliable and transparent, so you can focus on performing, not chasing transfers.
How the financial side works
Bookings paid outside the platform are not covered by our cancellation policy, artist replacement or support in case of disputes.
Payments via Stripe
All payments go through our partner Stripe, a payment processor certified to the highest security standards. Your card and business details are handled with banking-level protection.
Funds in a segregated account
The amount paid by the client is held in a segregated account until the event is completed. Neither GiGzy nor the artist can move the money outside the platform rules.
Automatic invoicing & Tax compliance
Invoicing is handled through software certified by the Portuguese Tax Authority, with invoices issued and reported automatically. Less admin, more control.
FAQs GiGzy Artists
Does it cost anything to join GiGzy as an artist or provider?
There is no monthly fee to create and maintain your profile. GiGzy earns through a transparent platform fee on each booking made and paid through the system (for example, around 15% of the artist or service fee, depending on the type of act and agreement). The fee and the net amount you receive are always visible before you accept a booking.
What kind of gigs can I get through GiGzy?
You can be booked for hospitality gigs (restaurants, bars, hotels), weddings, private parties, corporate events, brand activations, kids & family entertainment and more, depending on what you choose to offer on your profile.
Do I need to be based in Portugal?
Most gigs currently happen in Portugal. Being based in the country or having availability to travel here regularly makes it easier to get booked, especially for recurring hospitality work.
How and when do I get paid?
Clients pay through the platform according to the agreed terms. Once the gig is completed under those conditions, payment is released to you via the chosen method. All details – including the platform fee and your net amount – are shown in the booking view before you confirm.
Can I still work with my own clients outside GiGzy?
Yes. You keep full freedom to work outside the platform. But bookings not made and paid through GiGzy are not covered by our policies and cannot benefit from our payment and invoicing flow.
How do you choose which artists, acts and providers to onboard?
We look at experience, quality of material (audio, video, photos), clarity of your offer and how well you fit the types of gigs and clients that use the platform. The goal is to keep a curated, relevant roster – not just a massive list of names.
